Fluid ounces vs weight ounces

A fluid ounce (fl oz) is a unit of volume. A weight ounce (oz) is a unit of mass. They are only equal for water at standard conditions — for anything else (flour, oil, honey, sugar) you need to multiply by density. Volume calculators handle the first three on the list above; weight calculators handle the last two.
